Shipping policy
We are currently offering free shipping for orders going to Canada and the United states (with a few exceptions!).
🚚 ⛔️ - We currently cannot fulfil orders to
- US: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Alaska
- CA: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
We are working out a solution with our logistics provider. Sorry for the inconvenience!
We use Amazon's logistic services, so your package may come in an Amazon branded box.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
Please note that Address Changes and Cancellations made after 7pm EST cannot be accepted as we try to process and ship out orders as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery for all of our customers.
Please email us at itsbeedecor@gmail.com and with the subject titled as 'ORDER CHANGE' and provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased.
Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once the order has been placed. Please contact the shipping service directly with address issues.
Should your parcel be returned to sender you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund. (If it has been 30 days since it was returned to us you will have to place an additional order. We will allow free shipping at this point and send your original order as well.)
PROCESSING
Orders placed are processed within 1-2 business days.
When ordering multiple items, it may be packaged in different parcels. This is because we are shipping from multiple warehouses holding inventory.
TRACKING
We will provide updates via email when your order status changes.
CUSTOM & DUTIES TAXES
We cannot guarantee that your shipment will not incur extra custom and duties fees. We are not responsible for these charges.
